Vegan Edamame Potstickers
As a vegetarian before transitioning to vegan, I loved True Food Kitchen's Edamame Dumplings. Unfortunately, their edamame potstickers are vegetarian, not vegan. However, since I consider myself an edamame dumplings connoisseur, I decided to make vegan edamame potstickers. Even though True Food Kitchen won't disclose their ingredients, I tried to match the taste I remembered....
